Dr. Lukner is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston). His Ph.D. was completed at the University of Texas at Austin.

Beth Lukner is our business manager and runs the New Phases Med Spa. She does our billing and patient check-in.
